The Insurance Women of North San Diego County (IWNSD) and the National Association of Insurance Women (NAIW) provides professional education, and an environment to build business alliances. Opportunities to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience in the insurance industry.

Our Mission Statement

Membership Development and Retention:

• NAIW will have 15,000 members with diversity by career levels and functions.

Education:

• NAIW has developed and delivered education programs at various levels of learning in multiple fashions to individuals, groups and by media targeted internally and externally.

Partnering:

• NAIW has relationships with other organizations and associations that are mutually beneficial.

Leadership Development:

• NAIW will be known for fostering an avenue for development of leadership skills that our members can use within NAIW and in their careers.
